- Shipping addresses do not apply to post office boxes, warehouses, distribution centers, container terminals, airport areas, hotels (excluding hotel dwellings), control areas and restricted area documents (e.g., Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Luohu, etc.).
- If the consignee changes the delivery instructions and requires the goods to be placed outside the delivery address or collected by the building management office without signing and calculating the goods, the consignee shall bear the risk of loss, damage or loss of the goods.

- Orders received after the deadline will be postponed to the next business day for processing.
