This privacy policy describes how Lanxu international Limited (the "We") uses personal data collected or received from our business owners and privileged people. Customers (hereinafter referred to as "You"). Registration. We collect your personal information through the registration form you have completed and send it to us electronically, either on paper form or through the appropriate agency. We or our affiliates, websites or applications to become a member.
Log in as a member. If you are logged in as a member of the website, we will collect the personal information you provide to us while you are using the website (for example, when ordering a product or service).

Types of personal information we process
We can handle the following types of personal data related to you.

• Member organization information (e.g., member company name, occupation, ownership, and management details)
• Gender, age, nationality, date of birth and country
• marital status
• Member registration number, user name, password
• Passport details (including owner's name, number, and place of issue) and country ID/HKID number to the extent permitted or required by applicable law
• Payment information (e.g. bank account or credit card number)
• Member performance information (e.g., rating, status, group and individual qualifications, financial/bonus history based on our sales and marketing plan)
• Information about the call you make to our call center (for example, recording the call)
• Product preference, purchasing habits, purchasing history and spending behavior, and
• Communication preferences.
We are only able to process other personal data in exceptional circumstances. If you need to process any other type of personal data about you that is not specified above, we will provide you with information about your personal data processing and ensure that you have a valid legal basis (e.g., your consent).
How to use the personal data we have collected
We prevent and protect us and others from fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims, and other responsibilities, including (i) to perform our contract with us or to take action at your request prior to entering into our contract with us; (iii) to comply with our legal obligations; or (iii) to our legitimate interests, including the operation, evaluation and improvement of our business; and other responsibilities. We ensure compliance with our company policies and industry standards. For companies operating a global business like ours, it is also generally considered a legitimate interest to process your business partner's personal data for internal management purposes. In particular, we process personal data obtained about you as follows.
• To manage your membership registration,
• Create and manage your online account and respond to your inquiries.
• We will process your product or service order.
• Communicate with you (e.g. about products or services or general membership issues)
o Evaluate your satisfaction with our current communications, materials, products and/or services.
o Track and analyze the use of your products, materials and/or services, and
o Develop new products and services.
• Track, document, and evaluate participation in our meetings and events.
• We evaluate your performance in accordance with our business agreement with you.
• We provide you with business performance information.
• We provide your contact information, business identification, and business performance information to Upline members, and contact information to Downline members.
• Perform accounting, auditing, billing, and collection activities.
• Enforce the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Protects and prevents fraud, unauthorized transactions, claims and other liability. And
• It complies with applicable legal requirements, industry standards, and our policies.
How we share our personal data
We do not sell, lease, or trade your personal information. We share your personal information with:
• corporations and partners within our group, where it is reasonably necessary or desirable for us to disclose personal data,
• Members allow communication regarding products, services, and orders related to our business.
• Infrastructure, platform or service software solutions, software development services, information system maintenance services, records management services, or marketing service providers in and out of Hong Kong or in the local market, and
• A government agency or other third party if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect other persons or our own rights, legal interests, property or safety.
International Data Transfer
We transmit the personal data collected about you to corporations within our group, including our partner, Ellwamaker co.,ltd. Some of these may be located in countries other than where the data was originally collected. We transmit the personal data collected about you to third-party service providers, which may be outside the country where the data was originally collected, and process the personal data on behalf of us or our group corporation.
Your country's laws may not provide the same level of data protection as the country in which you initially provided your data. We will protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws as described in this Privacy Policy when transferring your personal data to another country.
