- It takes 7-14 days from the date of payment/order completion. Delivery may be slightly delayed depending on the delivery area. (However, weekends/holidays are excluded from the delivery period.)

Returns/Exchanges
- Return/Exchange Request
- Agent : Apply in the Customer Service Center
- Cases where return/exchange is not possible
- If the product is lost or damaged due to the responsible reasons of the salesperson
- The expiration date has passed or the product has been opened and damaged
- If the product cannot be used for resale
- If the packaging of duplicable products or other items is damaged
- The store has excessive inventory
- Application Period
- Consumers have 14 days. Registered salespeople have 1 month from the date of shipment.
- Completion of return/exchange
- Exchange: If there is no abnormality after checking the product, the product will be exchanged for the same product.
- Return: If there is no abnormality after checking the product, a refund will be processed.
Canceling an order
- To cancel an order

- Online: Go to the shopping mall -> My Orders -> Order/Cancel (can only be canceled before the product is shipped)
- Agent: Apply at the Customer Service Center (can only be canceled before the product is shipped)
- Partial cancellation of products is not possible.
Refunds
- For cash purchases, we will transfer the money to your bank account within 1-3 days after receiving your cancellation
- In case of card purchase, we will cancel the authorization to the purchaser's card company within 1-3 days after receiving the withdrawal
